Recites Agreement 8 December 1689: George Cobb and Sarah Barrington of Bedford, formerly wife of William Cobb of Sharnbrook deceased; reciting will of William Cobb providing an annuity for Sarah and bequeathing property to George Cobb provided debts were paid; there was still a large sum owing and therefore no money for the annuity; George Cobb agreed to pay it. Recites also GA769; two of the shares were charged with the payment of the annuity; Joseph and Rebecca Godfrey have given security to Elizabeth and Ann for the payment of it, in the form of Rebecca's share. -- 129 acres in Sharnbrook and Odell, formerly held with the capital messuage by the waterside occupied by John Norman and William Corby. Witnesses: Thomas Mulso, Francis Brace junior.
