    i) Anne Brace, Bedford, widow of Francis; Sarah Brace, Bedford, spinster, sister of Francis; John Thurloe Brace, Bedford, gentleman, son and heir of said Francis; Francis Brace, gentleman, younger son of said Francis; Francis Brace, gentleman, nephew of said Francis ii) Edward Carterett, Middle Temple, London, Esquire; John Hamilton, Strand, Holborn, Middlesex, gentleman; Thomas Ligo, Burcott, Bucks, Esquire iii) Allen, Lord Bathurst, Baron of Battlesden iii) Wishes to purchase all the lands late of Francis Brace, deceased, in Battlesden and Potsgrove. Lease and release in preparation - the lease to bear date the day after this. Fines levied in Michaelmas and Trinity terms last of the property late of Francis Brace. It is agreed: property in Astwood and Battlesden to be for use of John T Brace; manors in Astwood and North Crawley, Buckinghamshire, and in Cranfield and Thurleigh to be for use of ii) for 1000 years on trust for the perfect performance of the will of Francis Brace, deceased; any overplus of the profits to go to John T Brace; John T Brace agrees with iii) that lands etc charged with payment of debts of Francis Brace, deceased, shall be charged with such sums of money to be paid to iii) as the Potsgrove and Battlesden property shall be charged with; With list of debts - amounting to £1500; Signatures i) and ii) Endorsed; Witnesses: E(?)
