    To nephew, William Staines - All lands and real estate in Wootton and Bletsoe. His father Henry Staines to enjoy rents and profits until said nephew is 21 and he maintains said nephew. If Henry die before William is 21, then rents etc to go directly to nephew; to nephew, Henry Staines, junior, son of said Henry - Inn called the Griffin, in Bedford, now in the occupation of Mathew Jones - Messuage in Bedford in the occupation of Richard Freeborn; Elizabeth Freeborn, sister of said Richard shall have the freeuse of the 2 rooms part of the same house that she formerly occupied, until said Henry is 21; Richard Freeborn to have freeuse of rest until said Henry is 21; Richard is also forgiven all rent due to executor at testator's decease; to niece Elizabeth Staines, daughter of Henry - £200 at 18. Also largest silver tankard but one & 4 silver spoons; To niece, Margaret Staines, younger daughter of Henry, - £150 at 18; If either niece die, then legacy to go to survivor. If both die then legacies to go to nephews William and Henry; Also to Margaret, 4 silver spoons which she is to chose after Elizabeth; To said Elizabeth Freeborn - £50 (sister of Richard); To Elizabeth Freeborn (daughter of Richard) - £50. ½ to be paid when she is out of her apprenticeship and other ½ 12 months later; To Elizabeth and Margaret Staines - all late wife's clothes; To cousin Elizabeth Horton and to her son Henry each a gold ring of a guinea value; Henry Horton is required to assist executor and to receive £5 for his trouble; Residue of personal estate - to brother Henry Staines, who is made executor; Will made 7 Jun 1732; 'I desire to be buried in Bromham churchyard' Probate 2 Oct 1732
