    i) George Bentham and wife Emma Pellew ii) William Hooper Parker iii) Honourable and Very Reverend George Pellew, Dean of Norwich, Henry Gipps, Corbridge, Northumberland, clerk, said William Hooper Parker; By the will of her father, John Parker, of Kemble, Wiltshire [Gloucestershire], clerk, Emma received £6000 3% Consols and £1000 in money after her death (as part of her marriage settlement), iii) being trustees. They have received the money but the settlement has been lost. Therefore a declaration of the trusts of the settlement according to the recollection of the parties is desired now is declared that the trustees hold the Consols (into which the said money has also been converted) to permit George Bentham to receive the interest for his life and then to his wife and then as appointed by Emma in her will (as she and George have no children) Signatures all; Witnesses: George Barnes, stationer, Canterbury, James Booley, servant to William Hooper Parker, J Kitson, Norwich, chapter clerk, Charles Lee, clerk to John Lee, Northumberland
