    i) Alethea Jones, Bedford, spinster ii) John Parker, Bedford, surgeon iii) Wiliam Parker, Bedford, grocer, John Hornbuckle, Bedford, whitesmith iv) Richard Spindelow, St James, Westminister, gentleman, uncle of i) Reciting will of Elizabeth Banks of London and then of Battersea, Surrey, widow, dated 12 Dec 1733 - 4 messuages in Great Queen Street, in St Giles in the Fields, Middlesex, then or late in tenures of Bartholomew Pilts, James Price, John Smith and - Price for remainder of lease: To friends James Brewer, Tooley Street, St Olaves's, Southwark, and Leister Harrison of same parish, feltmaker, on trust, after death of her daughter, Hannah Jones, to pay a 1/3 part of rents to bring up children of said Hannah; Hannah Jones is dead and left 2 children, i) and Martha, wife of John Phillips, Enfield, Middlesex, brewer; by deed poll of 19 Mar 1747 John and Martha Jones sold to i) their moiety in said 1/3 of property Now i) conveys to iii) - moiety of 1/3 share as above to hold to uses of i) and ii) after their marriage; reciting also that i) is possessed on £400 Old South Sea Annuities under Name of Alethea Jones of London Bridge; Assignment by i) to iv) upon further trusts Sigs i), ii), iii) Witnesses: Henry Horton, Griff Morgan
