(i) Sir Oliver Boteler of Teston (county of Kent), baronet; Philip Boteler (son & heir apparent); & Thomas Mun of Barsteed (son & heir of John Mun, esquire;) (Surviving trustee of marriage settlement of Sir Oliver Boteler with Anne Austen (daughter of Robert Austen, esquire); (ii) Sir Rowland Alston of Odell, baronet; William Boteler of Biddenham, esquire; Robert Montague of Sharnbrook, esquire; Richard Orlebar of Harrold, esquire; George Cobb of Sharnbrook, gentleman, Coopes Orlebar of Hinwick, gentleman; & William Tiffin, vicar of Sharnbrook; (iii) Paul Cobb, & Richard Blower both of Barnards Inn, gentlemen; & (iv) John Tench of St. Giles in the Fields (county of Middlesex). gentleman. -- A rent charge of £30. a year from the Manor of Toft, & the manor-house or farm called Toft Farm, in Sharnbrook, & Souldrop; from Closes called Horse Close, (containing 2 acres), Casswell Close (13 acres), Stoke Green (2 acres), Pippen Close (4 acres), Orchard Close (2 acres), Poole Close (12 acres), Castle Close (17 acres), butting on Morlee Wood on West; & 8 acres dispersed in Common Meadows of Sharnbrook, (viz. in Great Meadow, Seyfulks Dole, Catmans Dole, Wood Dole, Fishers Dole, Smayles Dole, & Lit. Meadow); & 120 acres dispersed in Common Fields of Sharnbrook & Souldrop, (no details), all appointed to Toft Farm, in the occupation of John Sharpe. (Recites (a) Will of Sir William Boteler, baronet; (father of Sir Oliver Boteler) 1644, whereby rents from his leasehold estate in Holland (county of Lincolnshire) were to accumulate to £600. which was to purchase an estate of £30. annual value for benefit of vicars of Sharnbrook & (b) Chancery decree, 1677, against Sir Oliver Boteler for not carrying out testator's intention, ordering him to charge his Manor of Thurleigh or other estate with £30. rent-charge).
