    (i) William Throssell of Ramsey (county of Huntingdonshire), mill-wright, & wife Mary; (ii) William Baker of Tilbrook, yeoman, & (iii) Nathaniel Beedham of Kimbolton (county of Huntingdonshire), gentleman. -- A dwelling house (now occupied as 2 tenements by said William Baker & (blank), in Tilbrook, late in the occupation of William Brooks; & a small piece of ground, bounded North by the Turnpike Road, premises of Joseph Bygrave esquire, East and late Reverend John King, South & West. (Recites (a) Will 1790, of John Scatley, of Ramsey, uncle and heir of Thomas Scatley deceased, the only son & heir of Mary Scatley of Tilbrook, widow, deceased); (b) Feoffment, 1801, of (i) to Matthews Baker of Tilbrook, victualler, (Robert Gardiner of Kimbolton, attorney,); (c) Will of Matthews Baker, 1806, devising to brother William Baker; & son John Baker; & deaths of Matthewa & John Baker 1807).
