    Recites settlement on marriage of son Thomas Trevor and Elizabeth Burrell (daughter of Timothy Burrell, esquire) of all his property (no details), in the county of Bedford. Devises this to eldest son Thomas; & failing issue to 2nd. & younger sons John, Robert & Richard, then to nephew Thomas Trevor (2nd. son of his elder brother John Trevor) to nephew Richard Trevor (son of brother Richard Trevor), to John Trevor (son of his nephew, John Morley Trevor, deceased). To eldest son Thomas his house & lands in Camberwell, (county of Surrey) to similar uses as lands in Bromham. (Settlement made on marriage of Thomas is in performance of covenants, contained in articles on marriage of testator, 1690.) To daughter Ann & younger son Richard annuities of £14 each. To wife, all household furniture of Mrs. Ann Lane, deceased (her mother). To eldest daughter Ann, £5000. To younger daughter Elizabeth £5000. To sons John, Robert & Richard £2000 each. To 2nd. son John, his property in Odell & Wood End, the farms in Biddenham & Stagsden (no details), recently purchased. To same uses as his Bromham estate, the rectory & tithes of Bromham. Executors. wife, eldest son Thomas, brother-in-law John Borrett, esquire, 2nd son John, & Francis Cudworth Masham of Inner Temple. Witnesses: Edward Bangham, Henry Barnes junior, John Grubb.
