A messuage in How End in Houghton Conquest, formerly in the occupation of Edward Stringer, now of Matthew Facer; 4 closes & 3 pightles containing 16 acres; and also 29¼ acres (fully detailed) in the Open Fields & Meadows of How End & Houghton Conquest. Also 10 acres dispersed in Fields & Meadows of Houghton Conquest (purchased by William Brown from Richard How, 1774). A messuage & closes in Wroxhill (as in BC213). A messuage in Maulden, formerly in the occupation of John Betts senior, between the messuages formerly of John Chaulton East & formerly of John Field West, abutting South on the highway & North on land formerly of John Godfrey. Also 8¾ acres also 1½ acres & 3 roods & 1 rood & 6 roods lying on the Doles, formerly lotted, in the Open Fields of Maulden (purchased of William Beaumont, 1769) (fully detailed); & 3 acres in Ampthill Field in Maulden (fully detailed) (purchased of Charles Farnell of Ampthill, 1772).
