    (i) Richard Richardson of North Bierly (West Riding of Yorkshire), esquire, James Quilter of Hadley (county of Middlesex), esquire; (ii) William Westbrooke Richardson of Mount Pleasant, East Barnett (county of Hertfordshire), esquire, & wife Barbara; (iii) Thomas Fuller of London, merchant, & Reverend John Richardson of Langton Herring (county of Dorset); (iv) Mary Ince of Hadley (widow of Piggott Ince, formerly of Wheatstone, then of Hadley (county of Middlesex), esquire; (Barbara Richardson & Mary Ince were devisees & heirs-at-law of Margaret Elizabeth Freeman, widow, niece & heir-at-law of Elizabeth Sawyer, deceased); & (v) William Brown of Ampthill, grocer. -- The moiety of a messuage in Wroxhill, in the occupation of John Neal; and of several closes (as described in BC213). (Recites (A) Deed 1752, between (i) said W.B. Richardson, then of Middle Temple; (ii) Barbara Johnson of Great Queen Street, St. Giles-in-the-Fields (eldest daughter of Richard Ince of City of London, esquire, & wife Minshull); (iii) E.E. & John Richardson (as above); and (iv) John Turner & Alex Hamilton (being the marriage settlement of W.B. Richardson & Barbara Johnson), settling her property in Wroxhill (as above). Also recites (B) Will, 1752, of said Piggott Ince; and (C) Private Act, 6 Geo. III (1765-6), relating to estates of Piggott Ince in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, & London (no details as to estates).
