- Scope and ContentDetails given: - to wife Janet, all silver, plate and household goods, coach and coach horses, and her own riding horse, and the labour and service of 8 negroes she chooses, for life; also 1/2 the profits of all estate in St Kits and Nevis for life, subject to payment of 1/2 debts and legacies, and on condition she conveys a plantation at St Anne, Sandy Point, St Kits, late of her brother Gillies McArthur, esquire, deceased, to son John Payne. - to son Charles, all lands in Nevis, 55 negroes and 12 mules at age of 21, at charge of son Gillies. - to son John, estate in St John, Sandy Point, St Kits, purchased from brother Nathaniel Payne and from Lewis Holorn and wife with estate above and 55 negroes and 12 mules at 21. Remainder to son Gillies. If 3 sons die without heirs, property to daughters Janet, Elizabeth and Anne and children of late daughter Sarah.
