Declaration of Trust by Sir Charles Payne of Weybridge, Surrey, baronet, William Stuart of Tempsford, esquire, and William Loxham Farrer of Lincolns Inn Fields, esquire. Recites Will of Sir Gillies Payne, 14 February 1794, as to bequest of old messuage etc in Tempsford to Peter Payne [see BS 1443]. Also WY 302-303. Also Grant of annuity, 16,17 May 1827: (i) William Stuart (ii) Peter Payne (iii) [--]. John Payne is deceased, leaving Sir Charles his heir. Also WY 304-305. It was agreed that £20, one fifth of the annuity, should be paid by Sir Charles, in pursuance of which he has transferred £666 13s 4d 3% Consolidated Bank Annuities to the names of William Stuart and Farrer.
