    Ratifies Deed, 1732 (recital (A) in 99), To wife Mary, a messuage in Mars alias March End, a close adjoining containing 6½ acres, & 1 acre in West Mead, all in Lidlington. To wife 2½ acres in Cheddington (county of Buckinghamshire). Recites Final Concord, 1735, between (i) John Knight, late of Brogborough, now of Ridgmont, grazier, and testator & wife Mary, and (ii) John Shotbolt of Leighton Buzzard, tanner, as to a messuage, a close adjoining containing 3 acres, 2 closes of lammas called Well Close (8 acres) & Short Dole (2 acres), 2 acres of lammas in Long Doles, ½ acre lammas in Great Norwood, 2 parts of a dole of meadow in Norwood Moor (½ acre) a close or piece of field ground called Parks Leys (4 acres), 3 acres of ley in Fen Mead, & 72 acres arable, meadow & pasture (no details) in Common Fields all in Segenhoe-with-Ridgmont; 3 roods in the Red Field of Husborne Crawley; all late in the occupation of James Gregory, now of John Knight; also ½ acre lammas in Little Muck Mead in Segenhoe-with-Ridgmont; to use of John Knight for life, then to testator & wife; testator now devises same to children, John Knight Knowlton, Thomas Knowlton & Mary Knowlton, when 21. To mother Ann Knowlton, £10. To trustees, his stock-in-trade, etc., in trust. Witnesses: Benjamin Coare, Matthew Parsons, Charles Pyne.
