The Little River from the Ford at the end of Mill Lane leading over into Mill green, as far upwards to the parish of Blunham, and the foundation of an old mill and floodgates thereto belonging, called the Old Mills, with a little piece of or slip of ground on the south side of the river adjoining the old foundation 54 feet by 54 feet wide, with licence to rebuild and repair a water corn mill or seat of water corn mills, all in Tempsford and except the little islands or willow grounds adjoining the river.
