Out of the remainder of mother's estate, executors to pay son John £600 at 21. Monetary bequests to daughter Ann Cotton, to her daughter Anne, John Shute and Henry Bendysh, son in law Thomas Cotton and wife Anne for mourning, son John Chetwood for mourning, John Shute and Henry Bendysh for mourning, to the poor of Tempsford. Remainder of mother's estate to daughter Elizabeth. Bequests to husband and son on certain conditions.
