    John Marshall senior of Leighton Buzzard, grocer, to Isaac Gurney of Great Brickhill (county of Buckinghamshire), gentleman, A yard on the backside of the Middle Row in Leighton Buzzard; and a garden at North end of the yard between the houses & ground of Widow Coles & of John Osmond belonging to the "Eagle and Child", & the tenement of Rebeccah Firth on West, & the ground of John Foster on part of East, abutting into the Market place there (lately purchased of John Ting & Rebeccah King), now in the occupation of John Marshall & Edward Osmond, & used with the messuage of John Marshall, called the "Cross Keys".
