Said Elizabeth appointed executrix Memorandum of said Elizabeth Towersey acknowledging the receipt from son, Edward Towersey, clerk, of said £90 will of said Edward Towersey of 28 January 1763 (proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 23 May 1776) all real and personal estate bequeathed to wife. Will proved (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) will of Ann Towersey, Bedford, widow, of 22 January 1803 freehold messuage in Bedford, wherein she dwelt, and leasehold orchard etc., to 2 nieces Mrs Mary Prichard and Mrs Ann Shove.
