A cottage in Wilshamstead, newly erected, in the occupation of John Childs, & 4½ acres in the Common Fields (mentioned to be purchased by Robert Archer from Mary Cawne, Joseph Dearmer & wife Ann, & John Lawment & wife Mary, in Mortgage, 1786, of Thomas Daniel & wife Mary to James Garratt).
