Recites Mortgage, 21 November, Thomas, George, William, John and Henry Sheffeld to William Babington, John Lyon, Thomas Massingberd, George Munson. Sheffeld brothers leased to John Fuller and wife Margaret lands in Tempsford and Sandy. 24 November 1559 they covenanted with Babington and the others that all conveyances of lands in Tempsford should be charged with the Mortgage first mentioned. Agreed that George and Elizabeth Keynsham shall have such lands as Babington and the others have chosen without hindrance from them. Witnesses: Francis Birkehened, Ra.
