- Scope and ContentDetails given: Messuage and lands in Tempsford and Everton to son Henry. To wife Agnes, 'the best milche cow in my yard, 1 hyve of bees, halfe my poultrie in my yard, my bedstede within the chamber over the Milkehowse, 2 pair of sheets, and all the furniture belonging to the said bed as it now standeth', and the use of the chamber for life, with all the brass, linen and pewter which she brought with her. To son William, 40 shillings and 1 acre of barley 'not of the best but indifferently appointed by two of my honest neighbours'. To son John, 40 shillings and a cow. To son Thomas, 40 shillings and 1 acre of barley 'the best in the brache field', and a tenement in Wyboston. To all grandchildren, 20d apiece and to Rose, daughter of son William, 1 calf a year old or 12 shillings. Remainder to son Henry, executor. To son John, messuage at Hadnam on the Hill, Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
