Reciting public auction on 22nd October 1824 by which property offered for sale in seven lots when James Woodroffe (through James Small) purchased lot 6, and that Robert Elliott of Goldington, Bedfordshire, esq., was the purchaser of the largest amount of property and was therefore entitled to the muniments of title of the whole estate. 2 schedules (from 1728, as in abstract X455/15)
