To son Richard after death of wife, cottage, house and barn in the occupation of John Browning, labourer, together with one cottage situate on the east side of the Town and called the River House; also one featherbed and bedstead, curtains and bedding, 1 pewter dish, 1 table, 1 coffer. To daughter Anne, 1 featherbed and bedstead, 1 white dresser, 1 pewter dish and 1 coffer; tenement and garden in the occupation of Widow Browning adjoining cottage occupied by John Browning, after death of wife.
