- Scope and ContentRecites: Will of said Henry Brandreth, 12 October 1751, with reference to his personal estate. That Henry died in July 1752, Alice Brandreth on 2 April 1772 having appointed Rebecca sole executrix, and Rebecca died on 22 July 1779 having appointed said Thomas her sole executor, whereby he became personal representative of said Alice. That Ann Duncombe died before Rebecca, leaving two children, said Brandreth and John. That Alice Newton also died before Rebecca, leaving one child, Mary Bassett, wife of William Bassett of Homerton of the parish of St John, Hackney, Middlesex, plumber. That Mary Brandreth married Samuel Doddington of Eastbury, Somerset, esquire, and was living at the time of the death of Rebecca.
