Lease and Release, 13,14 March 1687/88: John Wiltshire the father to Susan his wife, for her life, for her jointure: divers lands etc in Wilden.
Will of John Wiltshire the father, 17 January 1698/99:
To Susan his wife, a messuage in Wilden with close adjoining in the occupation of Ralph Block and a close called Fryers Wood Close, for life;
The residue of his lands etc to John Wagstaffe, Richard Jane and Oliver Rands in trust to raise and pay therefrom £200 to each of his daughters Elizabeth, Susan and Dorothy on reaching the age of 21 or on marriage;
The surplusage to John Wiltshire.
That the daughter Susan has married and received her portion;
That John Wiltshire has borrowed the sum of £400 at interest; and that at his request Susan Wiltshire has made her jointure liable for the payment thereof;
That John Wiltshire desires that the lands devised to John Wagstaffe, Richard Jane and Oliver Rands should be conveyed to Susan Wiltshire for the paying of their portions to the two daughters and the indemnifying of Susan Wiltshire against the payment of the sum of £400 borrowed.
