Recites: 25 March 1692, mortgage of one part to Susanna Luke of Cople, widow, 500 years, £150; endorsed with further security for £50 later lent; BS1042. The mortgages recited are excepted and assigned to Oliver Peck of Harrowden, gentleman, George Wagstaffe and Henry Peck of Bedford in trust for William Edwardes.
