- Scope and ContentRecites: -- Assignment to attend the inheritance of even date with the present: (i) William Faldo senior as William Faldo of the town of Bedford, gentleman and alderman thereof (ii) Richard Wagstaffe of Nether Dean, yeoman, and John Overall of Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire, yeoman (iii) John Anico alias Lewis (iv) Daniel Arne of Thurleigh, yeoman. -- Recites BS 1039; also that the money mentioned therein was not repaid and the estate was therefore forfeited to William Faldo senior; that in consideration of £150 paid by Daniel Arne to William Faldo senior, that part of the premises situate in Thurleigh was assigned to Richard Wagstaffe and John Overall in trust to attend the inheritance for Daniel Arne who had purchased it of John Anico alias Lewis. The premises in Cardington and Eastcotts remain to William Faldo senior as security for the £150 due.
