John Whalley, D.D, Master of Peterhouse ii) i) -property as in LK170 term: 21 years. in trust to uses expressed in LK27 Licence of Alienation (deed poll) 7 Oct 1745 (i) grant (ii) right to assign above property i) entered on above estate and received profits until Michaelmas 1747 by decree of High Court of Chancery, 30 Nov 1747, in which John Lawson and wife, Theodosia, Archibald Stewart and wife Mary and Elizabeth Thicknesse, then Elizabeth Whetham, were plaintiffs and John Scrope, i), Thomas Whetham and John Whethan were defedants, in which all parties agreed that no settlement made by John Whetham on his wife, Theodosia, could be found, therefore they agreed that i) should come to an account before Mr Sawyer, one of the Masters in Chancery, for personal estate, rents and profits of real estate received by them. Thereby declared that surplus of personal estate and produce therefrom and all surplus rents and profits from real estate, from time of death of Theodosia, testator's widow, until time Thomas Whetham reached age of 22, ought to be equally divided among all children. Declaration (deed poll) 7 July 1748 (i) John Lawson and wife, Theodosia Archibald Stewart and wife, Mary, William Thicknesse and wife, Elizabeth. Recites: as above According to Mr Sawyer's accounts a considerable overplus of said personal and real estate John Whetham's settlement on wife, Theodosia, now found, whereby manor of Wyboston and lands to value of £200 p.a. purchased by testator from the Hon.
