All now or late in the tenure of Thomas Palmer. All other arable of Sir William Palmer in Eastcotts, late in tenure of Thomas Palmer. Mentioned in warranty, in addition to Sir William Palmer: Dame Dorothy his wife (jointure, dower, third); John Porter, esquire; Edward Williams, merchant; Sir Mundiford Bramston, knight; Anthony Rudulph; Robert Gardner, merchant; James Fish, clerk. Recites that Sir Thomas Savage, who conveyed the premises to Sir William Palmer by bargain and sale 13 February, acknowledged a recognisance of the nature of a statute staple 15 February of same year, to Sir William Palmer as William Palmer of Hill, esquire, in £1000. Which statute is now declared to be in trust for Edward Anico so long as it is in force.
