A messuage in Harrowden with adjoining croft (5 roods), in the occupation of Bryan Cooper; 7 acres 3 roods of lands dispersed in fields of Eastcotts, Harrowden and Fenlake; 66 feet of Meadows dispersed in mead of Fenlake, also in the occupation of Bryan Cooper and usually occupied with said messuage. All held by copy of court roll with all orchards etc and all profits appertaining. Mentioned in warranty: Henry Foster and his wife Duglas; Michael Stanhope, esquire, a Groom of Her Majesty's Privy Chamber; Edward Stanhope, Doctor in Civil Law, a Master of Her Highness' High Court of Chancery.
