- Scope and ContentRobert Moore, Philip Hunt The Gaoler reported that the prisoners are in general more orderly since the execution of John Lincoln on Saturday. He also requests the Visiting Justices to authorize him to continue the use of irons on Charles Davies, James Robinson and John Ellard, three convicts who had made a desperate attempt to escape by breaking through the walls of their sleeping cell.
