Lessee shall not plough land not ploughed within the past six years nor take more than two crops together off any arable; or shall pay £5 yearly for every acre so ploughed or cropped; he shall not dispose of any straw, stover, fodder or hay but shall yearly spread the same in a husbandlike manner upon the land most requiring it; or shall buy and spread one load of dung, muck or compost for every load of hay etc disposed of.
