The prisoners, [Benjamin] Bunyan, [Samuel] Gatwood and [Robert] Bartram still continue ill of typhus fever, the two former somewhat better, the latter very little improved. HIs Majesty has allowed the benefit of a conditional pardon to John Walters attainted of sheep stealing at the last Assizes and has ordered him to be transported to New South Wales or Van Diemans Land for & during the term of his natural life. To Samuel Gatward for burglary to New S Wales or Van Diemans Land for 7 years. To James Garner for burglary to New S Wales or VDL for 7 years. To William Crouch for sheep stealing to NSW or VDL for 7 years. To Samuel Dawson for house breaking to NSW or VDL for 7 years. To John Sapwell for house breaking to NSW or VDL for 7 years. To John Dancer for stealing in a dwelling house goods of the value of forty shillings to NSW or VDL for 14 years. To William Kingsley for sheep stealing to NSW or VDL for 7 years. To William Fowler for sheep stealing to NSW or VDL for 14 years.
