- Scope and ContentDetails given: Lessee will maintain all 'Heggyng dychyng clousure and all other fences ... takying sufficient stuff upon the same grounde' and leave them sufficiently hedged ditched and enclosed at the end of the term and will leave all pastures and meadows and arable 'sufficiently stokkyed and grubbed'; also all repairs belonging to the manor and the houses thereof except timber and tiles and workmanship thereof which shall be the charge of the lessor unless the timber be decayed for lack of walling covering with thatch or otherwise by default of the lessee; and at the end of the said time will leave builded sufficiently and repaired all buildings and houses. The lessee shall have sufficient and reasonable 'heybote plowbote harobote cartbote foldbote and fyrebote.'
