Details given: To sons Thomas and William and daughters Mary and Elizabeth, who have had sufficient portions, ten shillings to buy rings; To wife Mary, £100 for bringing up of younger children from messuage in Ampthill, 8 acres bought of William Parles in Flitton, and land in Maulden and meadow in Millbrook; also copyhold lands in Ampthill for life (then to son Michael); and Ampthill malting; To son Michael, messuage in Flitton purchased of John Sibley; To son Richard, messuage in Wilstead purchased of George Warner; To son John, messuage in Pulloxhill wherein Edward Carter dwells, lands in Pulloxhill, and messuage in Greenfield occupied by John Manfield; To daughter Sarah, £600 at age 18; Alice and Anne, £500 at age 18. To poor of Ampthill, £5.
