the messuage in Houghton Conquest wherein his father John Haryson now lives and the close adjoining, to hold to uses, i.e.
to the use of William and Dorothy Baker his intended wife and their heirs, in default to use of heirs of William.
Further covenant that within 7 years of marriage, Dorothy shall convey to trustees nominated by William Haryson all her freehold and copyhold estate in Cranfield to hold to use of William and Dorothy, one moiety while they live, one moiety while they live together,
