    SETTLEMENT on MARRIAGE of ii) and iii) Conveyance by i) to ii) of ...remaining interest or term of years in messuage and close of pasture where i) lives in Houghton Conquest, also 18 acres arable and meadow, reserving to i) and Florence his wife for their lifetime, a little tenement or house built on part of the messuage, where Michell Sandye now lives, and a moiety of the 18 acres land and half part of the goods and chattels. ii) is to cultivate his father’s moiety for 2/6d an acre and seed, corn and peas, and 4d a load for cartage. ii) is to have power to convey property to trustees to use of settlement, which uses are declared. iii) is to convey her freehold lands and tenement and copyhold lands in Cranfield to trustees to uses, which are declared. i) and wife Florence to have half the apples and fruit growing in the orchard. marks of ii) and iii) Endorsed that i) delivered to ii) as seisin of moiety of goods, a pewter platter Witnesses: Thomas Baker, John Willsherr, J Awelley, Thomas Ringe, Owin Bromsall, mark of Thomas Fuller
