Parties
(i) Jane Kennedy, 12 Grayling Road, Stoke Newington, Middlesex (wife of Frederick Kennedy, Wharf Superintendent).
(ii) Ellis Piggott Jeakings, Biggleswade, retired boot maker.
(i) came before Sophia Elizabeth Raynes and James Huckle, two of the customary or copyhold tenants of the said manor out of court and in consideration of £105 paid to her by (ii) surrendered land as in Z 590/54 (a- c) to the use of (ii) his heirs and assigns for ever according to the custom of the said manor and under the rents suits and services due and of right accustomed.
(ii) by his attorney Arthur Brookes is prays to be admitted tenant to the premises. The Lord by his Steward grants seisin by the rod to (ii) and his heirs according to the custom of the Manor by copy of Court Roll, fealty suit of Court , the yearly rent of four pence and all other customs and services all rightly due.
