Operative part
(i) came before Sophia Elizabeth Raynes and James Huckle, two other customary or copyhold tenants of the said Manor out of court and in consideration of £105 paid to her by (ii) surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the said Manor by the hands and acceptance of Sophia Elizabeth Raynes all the land etc as in Z 590/54(a) for the use of (ii).
Examined with the original surrender (impressed with a stamp value 12s 6d ) and attested to be a true copy thereof by Arthur Brookes, Clerk to Chapman & Chaundler, Solicitors, Biggleswade. 1st August 1895.
