(ii) Mr Ellis Piggott Jeakings Operative part (i) surrendered and (ii) was admitted tenant to land as in Z 590/43 (c). The Lord of the said manor by his said Steward hereby grants and delivers seisin thereof by the rod to (ii) his heirs and assigns according to the custom of the said Manor by copy of Court Roll fealty suit the yearly rent and all other customs and services therefore anciently due and of right accustomed.
