The certify that all necessary steps have been taken. They certify that the new footpath would be more commodious to the public and that current footpath is dangerous to users. The new footpaths will not expose the public to the dangers of the trains or engines as the minimum height of the footbridge above the line will be 14 feet and 3 inches.
