    Recitals That the said parties being seised or absolutely entitled in joint tenancy to them and their heirs according to the custom of the manor of or to the hereditaments described below with appurtenances in trust nevertheless for themselves, their heirs and assigns, by way of beneficial ownership as tenants in common, it has been agreed between them that (i) should sell and (ii) should become the purchaser of the moiety, share right and interest of (i) in, to or respecting the said hereditaments or premises free from encumbrances (except the quit rent and incidents of tenure as holden of the lord of the manor) for £50. Operative part Release and quitclaim (bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, quitclaim and confirm) from (i), in consideration of £50 paid to (i) and (ii) and for the purpose of conveying or passing and assuring his moiety and all his right, share and interest re the hereditaments , to the use of (ii), his heirs and assigns according to the custom of the manor, of: (a) piece or parcel of ground as in Z 590/23 (a). General words clause specifies outbuildings, erections, fixtures, areas, yards, gardens, drains, ways, waters, watercourses, lights, easements, privileges and appurtenances to (a). Signed, sealed and delivered by (i) in the presence of George Austin of Shefford, solicitor. Receipt by (i) witnessed by the same.
