    Presentments by the homage that Edmund Garner’s will (see Z 590/8) included a devise to his daughter -in- law Mary Rhodes for the term of her life, of: a) cottage or tenement in the occupation of Edward Rawlins (and presumably one of the several cottages built by Edmund Garner and referred to in Z 590/8). Admission of Mary Rhodes to (a). Habendum: to Mary Rhodes for the term of her life according to the tenor and effect of the will, of the Lord of the Manor etc. Annual rent by apportionment: ¼d. Fine: not recorded. Fealty: respited. Dorse: short pencil annotation (begins ‘Cottage in occupation of Rawlins...’) largely illegible.
