a) messuage, cottage or tenement with appurtenances situate, standing or being near to Sun Street in Biggleswade and now in the occupation of John Huckle which messuage was erected by Edmund Garner, father of Nathaniel Garner; as in Z 590/8(a).
...to the use and behoof of William Larkins, his heirs and assigns for ever to be holden at the will of the lords etc.
