    Conveyance 1. Sarah Smith, wife of Gabriel Smith, Eyeworth (vendor) 2. William Page, Biggleswade, milkman (vendor) 3. Biggleswade Urban District Council (purchaser) Whereas William Page is seized of an Estate of the Manor of Biggleswade which he surrendered to Sarah Smith at a Court held on 16 January 1893, subject to a condition for making void the surrender on payment by William Page of £300 and interest. And Whereas by indenture of 16 September 1907 between Maria [word illegible] Lovell, Lady of the Manor of Biggleswade and William Page, the hereds. to be conveyed as freehold subject to the payment of £300 and interest to Sarah Smith. And Whereas Biggleswade Urban District Council, under public Health Act, 1875, agreed with William Page to purchase hereds. for £500. And Whereas the sum of £300 is still owing to Sarah Smith And Whereas it was agreed that the sum of £300 to be paid to Sarah Smith out of the purchase money.
