Photocopy supplied by Mr. K.H. Page, 6, Pine Close, Biggleswade, of indenture in his possession. William page, mentioned in the deed was K H Page's great grandfather. Mr K H Page's letter (23rd August 1991). "His farmyard was in Church Street (then Brewery Lane), he sold it to Biggleswade UDC in 1907 for their depot. The Working Mens Club now stands on the front of the site and the rear part is taken in with the brewery yard. William Page then moved to Eagle Farm together with meadows on the East side of London Road he rented from the Stratton Estate."
