Letter from John Hawkins to the Reverend Joseph Parsons, Prebendary of Peterborough, enclosing a copy of William Vizard's letter about paying off Mr Whitbread's debts to Mr Wilshere's estate. John Hawkins thinks it would be all right to accept the whole debt in payment, and Lord Dacre agrees. The result may be 'quite problematical' for the estate because the funds may rise in the next month. The whole debt is about £34,000. John Hawkins would like to hear Mr Parson's opinion.
