    1) The Wardens and Commonalty of the Mystery of Grocers of the City of London. 2) John Harvey of Ickwell Bury, Northill, Bedfordshire, Esquire. 3) The Reverend Francis Pott of Northill, Rector of Northill the said John Harvey Joseph Henry Warner of the Priory, Hornsey, Master of the Grocers' Company reciting indenture dated 20th November 1872 between i) John Harvey ii) Francis Pott iii) Grocers Company which recited (inter alia) that (iii) were patrons of the living of Northill, and that a District Church for the Hamlet of Caldecote in Northill called All Saints Church had lately been erected on land given by John Harvey, adjacent to a piece of land intended to be granted, and that the services at All Saints Church were performed by the Curate of the Parish church of Northill, and that (i) and (iii) wished to provide a suitable house for the clergyman who was for the time being officiating at All Saints Church, and had agreed that (i) should provide the land, and (iii) should built the dwelling house GRANT by (i) to the use of (iii) ... land as site for Clergymans house and Covenant by (iii) to erect a messuage, and eventually, at request of (i) to convey and assign hereditaments to the three trustees of whom one to be the rector of Northill; one to be appointed by John Harvey or to his heirs, and the third to be appointed by the Grocers Company upon trusts to maintain and repair the fabric of the building for the benifit of the Assistant Curate of Northill or other the clergyman for the time of being officiating at the church of All Saints. reciting that a dwelling house has been built on piece of land and that John Harvey has requested (1) to convey to property to the trustees. CONVEYANCE (grant, bargain and sale and release) to (3) who are the trustees. ... piece or parcel of land in Caldecote cont. by est. one acre bounded East by churchyard of All Saints church, North by high road from Biggleswade to Bedford, West by high road from Hitchin to York, and South by other land of John Harvey and lately in occupation of Mr. James Bates, together with house lately erected on land, to hold to trusts: to permit (subject to control of John Harvey and his heirs, (the beneficiary in possession for the time being of the mansion known as Ickwell Bury) and of rector of Northill and Master of grocers Company, the Managers) the Assistant Curate of Northill to have charge of All Saints Church and hamlet of Caldecote as a seperate ecclesiastical district, to reside in house, he paying a maximum of £15 a year rent and also paying price taxes and assessments etc. Power to let house if not occupied by curate.
