Articles of agreement: (i) Rev Thomas Martyn of Pertenhall and wife Martha (ii) William Lynn of Honeydon, farmer. (i) agree to lease farm house, 4 closes, 74 acres arable, 2 acres, 2 1/4 acres arable, late of Rev John King, late in the occupation of William Ratcliffe, and 8 1/2 acres and 31 acres land late of William Skinner, late in the occupation of William Ratcliffe in Dean, from year to year at £150 per annum. (ii) to pay £50 per acre pasture ploughed up and per acre rape, cole, turnip, mustard or cabbage plants planted without consent. Numerous covenants, including to summer fallow 1/4 of land per annum.
