Messuage and orchard in Dunton, late purchased of William Bickerstaff, late of John Randall, now in the occupation of William Winters. To James Harper and wife for life, remainder to Katherine Fisher, youngest daughter of said Elizabeth, subject to payment of £10 by Katherine to Elizabeth, wife of Daniel Lewis of Eyworth, labourer, eldest daughter of Elizabeth.
