Common Field W. Rolts Close E. (part) Home Close --- 5 roods lying in one piece in Windmill Field S. Small Crafts E. and W. Benjamin Haseldine, now Robert Elliott, esquire --- 3 roods more in same field N. brook S.and W. Newnham Leys - 3 roods in River Field all formerly Wagstaffes of whom same were purchased by George Palmer, deceased, grandfather of George Palmer, late testator (will proved 18 September 1824) - 1 acre arable lying dispersed in Goldington Common Fields --- ½ acre in Cross Furlong in River Field --- 1 rood in Putnoe Street Furlong in Church Field --- 1 rood residue in Windmill Field said one acre was purchased by George Palmer, grandfather, of John Cook - 3 acres 1 rood arable in Goldington common fields formerly in occupation of Edmund Fish and purchased by George Palmer, deceased, father of testator, of John Willson - 29 acres arable or meadow and 3 acres arable in Goldington which were purchased by said George Palmer, father, of Messrs Tomlinson and Johnson - 3 acres in River Field called Cow Acre running alongside the Newnham Wall and the river, and tithes which were purchased by said George Palmer, testator, of devisees of Thomas Estwick all now in occupation of William Hall, senior and William Hall, junior, under 3 year lease at yearly rent of £400 site of said messuage, lands etc. contained together (256 acre 2 roods 38 perches) - all other messuages vested in i) in Goldington except cottage now divided into 2 (2 roods) now in occupation of William Day and William Wagstaff - all cottages, common rights etc., but subject to said annuity for Eliza Palmer - deeds etc. relating to such premises principal sum will be retained on this security for 5 years (provided Eliza Palmer shall so long live) and sum shall not be paid off during that time without consent of iv) unless default made in interest interest – 5% per annum but interest of 4% to be taken in lieu of 5% during continuance of £3500 during this security signatures i), ii), iii) endorsed receipts witnesses Robert H.Dolling, Lincoln’s Inn William Assinder, Temple Balsall, Warwickshire Ovid Camerford, Bedford
